Yuca Fries

Fried yuca strips, the Latin American french fry. Yuca is popular in Latin America, Africa and the Caribbean. It’s the third largest source of carbohydrates after corn.

1 lb. frozen yuca (I like Goya)
1 tsp. salt
water
oil for frying
