1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 T. olive oil
1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
1 15oz. can butter beans, drained
1 15oz. can kidney beans, drained
2 C. broth
1 1/2 c. chopped, seeded green chile
4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 salmon burgers (or black bean burgers)

1. in large saucepan, combine garlic, onion, and oil. Saute over medium high heat
2. stir in beans, broth, chile and seasonings. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15-20 min
