4 Ingredient Red Bean & Rice Soup

With only 4 items to put together, this soup comes together in a snap! Perfect for those busy nights when your family needs a good, hot meal and you're short on time. This soup is great to assemble in a "Meal Bag" to keep on your pantry shelf. Just put all the ingredients together in one bag, include cooking directions, and anyone in the family can make dinner in minutes!

1 pkg red beans & rice mix (such as Knorr or Zatarain's)
6 cups chicken broth
1 (15 oz) can red beans, rinsed and drained (1 1/3 cups)
1 1/2 cups salsa
Place all ingredients in a 4 quart stockpot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, about 15-20 minutes. Serve.
