1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 pound lean ground pork
3 cups cooked pinto beans (or two 15-ounce cans)
1 1/2 cups cooked red or kidney beans (or one 15-ounce can)
1 onion, roughly chopped
3 jalapenos, seeded and deveined and roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 28-ounce can chopped tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 beer
1 can corn
1 can garbanzo beans
1 cup honey
5 Tablespoons chili powder
1/8 cup oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon cumin
chili powder to taste
salt to taste
