5 Ingredient Fresh Cherry Salsa

Cherry Salsa is a blend of amazing sweet cherries, tangy lime, and kickin’ jalapeños! This sweet and spicy blend tastes incredible! Serve it on pork, chicken, steak, and of course tortilla chips.

2 cups sweet cherries, pitted
½ medium jalapeno, seeded, ribs removed (for more heat add more with the seeds and ribs)
¼ cup red onion, diced
¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients together and stir. Adjust to taste. Enjoy!

3 med potatoes sliced or cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper or some chilli flakes/cayenne pepper
6 tbsp parsley fresh -chopped (optional)
