A Rich and Nourishing Spicy Mango-Avocado Salad

This beautiful salad is going to satisfy your taste buds. The sweet mangos are juicy and sweet, while a small red chile adds a perfect amount of spiciness. Ripe avocados and extra virgin olive oil give the salad a wonderful, creamy texture. Sunflower kernels and onions add some crunchiness at the end of each bite. A perfect and refreshing lunch or light dinner!

2 ripe or semi-ripe mangos, peeled and chopped
2 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
1 large green onion, finely chopped
1 fresh Red Chile pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon unsalted and roasted sunflower kernels
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
