Allergy Friendly Banana Cookies (egg free)

Yummy banana cookies have been adapted into a yummy treat that those w/ food allergies can enjoy. My daughter is allergic to eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and chick pea so you will not find any of that in here!

2-3 bananas, mashed (about 1 C)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 C butter, softened (or Earth's Balance dairy/soy free if dairy allergy)
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C white granulated sugar
1 tsp xanthan gum
2 C flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Optional: allergy friendly chocolate chips (1 C)
