These gluten free banana bread muffins melt in your mouth! Made with healthy and light ingredients, these muffins are soon to be your new favorite.

1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup sorghum
1/2 cup GF oat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 very ripe mashed bananas, frozen works too
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1 egg white
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup sorghum
1/2 cup GF oat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp sea salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare a muffin tin with liners or cooking spray
