Almond, Coconut & Vanilla Latte Overnight Oats are worth getting out of bed for! They are filled with dreamy vanilla almond butter, toasted coconut and coffee; a breakfast that gets better with time!

½ cup quick or old-fashioned oats
1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon instant coffee*
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ tablespoon vanilla almond butter
Optional Toppings: Vanilla Almond Butter, Mini Chocolate chips, unsweetened toasted, coconut flakes, ground flax, cocoa nibs
