Great gluten-free and low-carb alternative to regular Sugar Cookies!

3 cups blanched almond flour
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup xylitol + 1/2 teaspoon stevia (equivalent to 1 cup sugar)
