Artichoke & Asparagus Chicken Salad Recipe

This is a recipe for a spinach, artichoke salad with a kick flavor and chicken. It is paired with a delicious citrus dressing.

2 tbsp olive oil
2 large chicken breasts
real salt to taste
Cowboy Spice Hunter Blend to taste, you can use other spice blends if you would like
1 pound asparagus woody ends removed, stalks cut in half
1 tsp garlic minced
1 can artichoke hearts quartered
1 bag baby spinach about 8-10 cups
1 cup mayo
1 1/2 tsp real salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of ½ a Lemon
Juice of 1/2 an Orange
Orange slices for garnish
