1 ball pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
about 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp Shredded Parmesan cheese
4 cups baby arugula
1/2 an onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
2 Tbsp glazed balsamic vinegar (optional)
