The most delicious 10-minute arugula salad with strawberries and feta layered with crunchy almonds, pistachios and snap peas tossed in a sweet orange poppy seed salad dressing. A must make strawberry salad anytime of the year!

SALAD:
2 cups Arugula
1 cup Snap Peas, chopped
1 cup Strawberries, sliced
½ cup Feta Cheese
¼ cup Almonds
¼ cup Pistachios
DRESSING:
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Orange Juice
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Honey
½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
? teaspoon Black Pepper
2 teaspoons black poppy seeds
2 cups Arugula
1 cup Snap Peas, chopped
1 cup Strawberries, sliced
½ cup Feta Cheese
¼ cup Almonds
¼ cup Pistachios
DRESSING:
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Orange Juice
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
