A paleo twist on asian stir-fry, this Asian Sesame Chicken & Broccoli is drenched with garlic & spice with a kick of sriracha heat. A healthy & low-calorie entree with simple ingredients that makes a vibrant addition to your weekly meal plan.

1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 bags or 3 1/2 cups of fresh, pre-cut broccoli, can also buy frozen and thaw in advance
1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
3 tbsp white rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp garlic powder (I really like garlic)
1/2 tsp red pepper chili flakes
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp paprika
salt/pepper to taste
Optional: Sriracha hot sauce
