Aunt Bee's 'Clean Out The Pantry' Grilled Chicken Marinade
25
I love including fresh herbs and citrus juices in my marinades, but let's be honest, we don't always have that stuff on hand. That's why I came up with a marinade that ONLY uses things I always have in my pantry. There are SO many ways to use up a big ole pan of grilled chicken breasts! Fajitas, Brown Sugar and Bacon Grilled Chicken Paninis, Grilled Chicken Penne Alfredo, Grilled Chicken Salad, Southwestern Grilled Chicken Pasta, Caramelized Onion and Creamy Chicken Enchiladas.
6
2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
2/3 cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
2/3 Cup Lemon Juice (I just used the bottled stuff out of my pantry)
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 TBSP liquid smoke flavoring
2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
2 TBSP black pepper
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (We split ours in half so that the chicken breast is thinner, more marinade gets in the meat and it is easier to grill evenly)
2/3 cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
2/3 Cup Lemon Juice (I just used the bottled stuff out of my pantry)
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 TBSP liquid smoke flavoring
2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
2 TBSP black pepper
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (We split ours in half so that the chicken breast is thinner, more marinade gets in the meat and it is easier to grill evenly)
Mix together all ingredients and pour over chicken breast. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill the next day and enjoy!
