Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree. Roll and flatten the puff pastry dough...grease the shallow baking tray...place the dough...peel and deseed the apples, slice it into thin slices. Arrange the apples pinning them in the dough lightly overlapping. beat the egg lightly in a small bow...with a brush smear the apples with the eggs evenly...sprinkle the cinnamon on the apple evenly Bake it on a heated oven for 15minute
