Yummy and great for before or after a workout, also helps with digestion.

1/2 medium avocado
1 cup almond milk
1/8 cup chia seeds
1 frozen banana
1 scoop Vega One french vanilla flavor
1/8 cup aloe vera juice
1 cup spinach
Place almond milk, spinach, chia seeds and vega one in blender and blend. Add avocado, aloe vera juice, banana, and avocado, blend. Add 4 ice cubes, If banana isn't frozen add 8 ice cubes.
