Avocado Spinach Fitness Smoothie

It packs high amounts of almost everything - fibre, protein, vitamins A and C, potassium, iron, calcium. A True Nutrition Bomb.

A good handful of kale or spinach
A small handful of fresh parsley or other herbs
Half an avocado
2 tsp of real cacao powder (not the Nesquik rubbish)
2 tsp of cinnamon powder
0.5 tsp of sea salt
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
A small handful of walnuts or almonds
A small handful of dark chocolate nibs
A small handful of coconut flakes
100 - 150ml of coconut milk
200 - 300ml of water
Optional:
1 tbsp of honey or agave nectar
200ml of milk or soy milk
Throw everything into a blender and blend for 60 seconds. Done.
