1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
8oz Catalina Dressing
6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 12 thighs (*thighs will be juicier)
1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
8oz Catalina Dressing

Step 1
Mix the Apricot preserves, soup mix and dressing together in a bowl.
Step 2
Pour over chicken in a baking dish and cover with foil.
Step 3
Place in 350 oven for 1 hour.
