Baba Ganoush

Aubergine & Tahini Dip, served with homemade pita bread.

2 aubergines
2-3tbsp tahini
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lemon, juice only
3-4tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
For the pita bread:
300g/10oz flour
salt
water
