Bacon Egg Cups

Bacon and eggs, all in one cup!

8 slices thick cut bacon
8 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 scallions, chopped
Cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. 2. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray, coat well. 3. Wrap bacon in cups around the edges. 4. Crack 1 egg into each bacon lined cup. 5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. 6. Sprinkle evenly with scallions. 7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until done.
