Baked fruits is one of our favourite desserts, it’s super sweet, healthy and really easy to make. For this version we’ve created a sweetly spiced dessert that tastes fantastic on its own, with banana ice cream, custard or on top of pancakes.

1 nectarine
1 tbsp. pomegranate
1 tbsp. honey/maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. coconut sugar
