Baked Tofu with Parmesan

Smooth and soft, very easy snack for spontaneous guests.

4 ounces firm tofu
3 minced garlic cloves
½ teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoon grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut tofu into rectangular slices, about ¼-inch thick. Mix garlic, paprika and Parmesan cheese. Place tofu slices on a baking dish, and spread some cheese mixture on each slices. Bake 5 to 7 minutes.
