Balsamic Chicken Stir Fry

For a quick and easy 20 minute meal that’s full of flavour, healthy and delicious, you need to try this! It’s inexpensive, and so easy to make. The balsamic sauce is sweet and tangy which really jazz’s up the chicken and veggies whilst bringing a wonderful touch to a simple recipe. I used honey in the sauce and it really helps sweeten the recipe and adds great flavour too. 3 chicken breasts
1 cup/125g asparagus stalks, chopped
Half a punnet cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 cup/150g carrots
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
3/8 cup/90ml water
1/2 cup/100g corn
1 cup/150g green beans
Sprinkle of ground pepper
1 cup/125g asparagus stalks, chopped

3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
3/8 cup/90ml water
