Banana Nut Pancakes (Grain, Dairy and Refined Sugar-Free)

These pancakes are really simple to throw together and absolutely delicious! A great option for those with food allergies/intolerances or on the Paleo, GAPS or SCD diet.

1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2-1 tsp honey (optional)
3 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp walnuts
