Delicious banana oatmeal that's perfect for rushed mornings! Create fancy overnight oats with a 4 minute Blueberry Chia Sauce! {non-dairy, vegan and gluten free}

For the Overnight Oats
•1/2 cup rolled oats {gluten free, if preferred}
•1/2 a banana, mashed
•1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
•1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
•1/2 cup water
•1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
For the Blueberry Chia Sauce
•1/4 cup frozen berries {I used a mixture of blackberries and blueberries.}
•1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
•2 tbsp. water
