Barbecue Grilled Chicken Salad

The perfect blend of vegetables, and blue cheese topped with barbecue chicken makes this salad a total hit for everyone.

1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
3 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
3 cups baby spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium cucumber, chopped
1 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup frozen corn, defrosted
1 avocado, cut into 1 inch pieces
