Marinade
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 pounds of petite sirloin steak or another comparable cut of beef
1 onion
