Beef Rolls with Green Onion

This is very simple. Serve as appetizer, side dish or snack.

½ pound sliced beef
4 ounce green onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
½ tablespoon sugar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut green onion to segments about the width of the beef slices. Mix soy sauce, Balsamic vinegar and sugar. Prepare a slightly oiled baking dish. Take one slice of beef at a time. Brush sauce on the beef, then roll up 2 or 3 segments of green onions. Put the beef roll on the baking dish, until you fill the dish or use up the beef. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is done (Timing depends on the thickness of the beef slice).
