Berry & Mint Breakfast Quinoa

This breakfast quinoa is scented with earl gray tea and topped with berries, honey and mint for a healthy, quick and easy breakfast that is super fresh!

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk + additional for serving
1/2 Cup Quinoa, uncooked
2 Earl Grey Tea Bags
1 1/2 Tbsp Honey, or to taste
1/2 Cup DOLE Fresh strawberries, roughly chopped
1/2 Cup DOLE, Fresh blueberries
1/2 tsp Fresh mint, very finely diced
