Birds Nest Eggs

This is an egg-specially fun recipe idea for Easter! Serve your family birds nests, with a little twist. Eggs and hash browns are the perfect copy-cat with a great flavor! I was very pleased with the outcome when I made these because they were so cute and tasted awesome!

3 cups frozen hashbrowns
3 TBS olive oil
1 TBS salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
12 eggs
