These Black Forest Brownies are Eggless! Flourless! And so RICH they don’t taste low in fat AT ALL! Give them a try.

1 cup quick oats
1 can organic black beans (1 cup) rinsed and drained really well
½ cup organic unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup granulated sweetener/raw sugar
2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave (can be sugar free)
2 tablespoons light butter/coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
Pinch sea salt
1 can organic pitted cherries in natural juice, divided
¼ cup reserved cherry juice (from canned cherries)
Optional Frosting:
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sweetener/sugar of choice
1 tablespoon hot water to mix
