Blueberry Orange Oatmeal Smoothie contains just 4 ingredients and is vegan and gluten-free! It's a warm hug in the morning. A totally healthy, comfort food breakfast or snack!

2½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
3 mandarin oranges
1 cup gluten-free oats
1½ cups rice or almond milk (or any other preferred milk)
1. Combine ingredients in blender and mix on a low to medium speed until desired consistency is reached. 2. Serve immediately, or for a thicker smoothie, let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
