Bowtie Pasta Salad With Broccoli

Easy vegetarian bowtie pasta salad made with broccoli, peppers and feta. Toss with a quick 5-ingredient Italian dressing.

3 cups of uncooked bowtie pasta noodles
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup yellow peppers, diced
½ cup-1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
¼ cup diced olives
1¼ cup chopped broccoli
½ cup frozen peas
¼ cup white onion, diced
½ cup of feta
fresh ground black pepper
DRESSING:
½ cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
