Brazilian Chimichurri

Grilling season is here! I love the smell of charcoal. Are you ready for long days in the sun and hanging out with friends and family? I know that I am! Chimichurri is a great topping to flank and skirt steaks. You can use it with anything really. It’s light fresh and full of flavor.

1 bunch of fresh parsley stems removed
5 nice big garlic cloves
1 tsp each of salt and pepper
4-5 tbsp of olive oil {you may need more or less}
