Broccoli and Edamame with Sesame Dressing (Vegan + GF)

This Broccoli and Edamame with Sesame Dressing is a quick, easy and delicious side dish that will compliment almost any meal.

2 handfuls of tenderstem broccoli (broccolini)
2 handfuls of edamame (I use frozen edamame)
For the dressing: (makes 220ml/just less than 1 cup)
1 tablespoon agave syrup (or sub any other sweetener)
1 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoons apple cider or rice vinegar (ensure gluten-free if necessary)
5 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari if gluten-free)
2 tablespoons (ground) sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sesame oil
