Brown bread veg roll

Brown bread veg roll are great for morning breakfast.This recipe is very easy and quick to make and can be served as snack for kids as I have made use of vegetables for filling the roll.

2 Potatoes boiled and chopped
¼ cup Carrot chopped
1/3 cup Green peas boiled
1/3 Beans chopped
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Red pepper powder
¼ tsp Chaat masala powder
1 tsp fresh cilantro chopped
2 tsp of oil

2 tsp of oil
*For filling-In a mixing bowl add the vegetables ,salt cilantro ,red pepper powder and chaat masala and mix well .
*Take a slice of bread and trim the edges and roll the bread very thin using rolling pin.
*Take 1 tsp of filling and spread on the bread and roll it into cylinder,make sure edges are sealed by brushing the edges with water.
*Lightly apply oil all around the bread roll and grill on a skillet over medium heat.
Keep turning them,making sure rolls are evenly browned.(You can even bake these rolls at 180 c for 10 min)
*Serve them hot with ketchup.
