1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup integrated flour
1/3 cup flax seeds
water
salt to taste

Mix it together (you are supposed to get a thick but still somewhat fluid dough.)
even it out on baking paper and bake it on 250 degree Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
