Golden roasted Caramelized Cauliflower with Tahini & fried onions. A delicious gluten free, Paleo, Vegan, low calorie dish that makes a tasty side or appetizer!

1 head of cauliflower, cleaned, leaves removed & cut into florets (about 4 cups)
1 small white onion, halved & sliced thinly (about 2 cups)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 cup tahini
