Savory and flavorful grilled pizza with sausage and mushrooms. The use of a charcoal grill adds a slightly smokey flavor and a perfect crispy crust.

Pizza dough
Sweet Italian sausage
Shredded mozzarella
Fresh herbs

Stretch out dough to desired size and place in center of charcoal grill. Flip after 5 minutes and add toppings. Cheese first, then sauce. Trust me! Close the lid and continue to cook until cheese is melted...
