These biscuits are soo good, you have no idea. You can eat them plain, with butter, with coffee, with a meal, they’re amazing. I made these for the first time and I am sure I will make them again. :)

300 g flour of your choice
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
125 g cold butter cut into cubes
cheddar cheese
chives
150 ml buttermilk

In a big bowl mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Add the cubes of butter and crush them in the flour, making sure they incorporate well, make the mixture almost like wet sand.
