2 oz. of mozzarella sticks (cut into 16th‘s)
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
¼ cup of Worcester sauce
2 tablespoons of Texas Pete
1 teaspoon of olive oil
½ teaspoon of parsley flakes
½ teaspoon of black pepper
1 large egg
½ cup of plain bread crumb
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of minced onion
Step 1: pre-heat the oven to 375, next add all of the ingredients but the mozzarella to a medium mixing bowl than form into a ball add let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Step 2: take ½ ounce of the ground beef and put form it to a little ball and create a hole big enough For the cheese piece and seal, and repeat, when all the beef is prepared place on a baking sheet An inch apart and bake for 10-12 minutes. Or until fully cooked
