Chia puddings are so simple to make and so delicious, they’re one of my all time favourite breakfasts and make a great healthy dessert too! There are also so many health benefits to eating chia like, reducing food cravings, helping you stay hydrated, lowering blood pressure & they’re rich in Omega-3, it’s hard to believe that something so good for you can taste so delicious. The real beauty of this is how simple it is to make, you literally just throw everything into a bowl or jar and leav

4 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
250 ml almond milk
1 Mix together all the ingredients and refrigerate over night (or for at least 6 hours). 2. Wake up and serve with fresh blueberries and desiccated coconut.
