I used leftovers from a Choppeditizer Soup. I added Chicken, Brown Rice, Kale to a silky textured soup. Turned it into a "Balanced, Full Meal in a Bowl" .

Sauce Pot Ingredients:
2 cups leftover Roasted Red Pepper, Yam, Carrot, Pear Soup “Chopped”
6 oz. cooked Chicken, Chopped
1 cup cooked Brown Rice, Barley or Quinoa
2 cups Chopped Kale, Arugula or Spinach
Zing Factor: For crunch and extra nutty healthfulness.
1/4 cup Chopped Roasted Pistachios. You could use Chopped Oven Roasted Almonds as well.
Sauce Pot Ingredient Prep: Add the Leftover Soup to the pot along with all the other ingredients except the Zing Factor, if desired. Stir to combine. Heat on Medium Low heat until you have the desired...

4 eggs
1 c Bisquick
1 c whole milk
.25 c sour cream
1 c grated Swiss cheese
3 green onions
1/2 red bell pepper
