Chicken Fajitas with Creamy Cheese Sauce

Fajitas are one of the most popular “Tex-Mex” and northern Mexico dishes. Normally they are made with grilled steak, cut into strips, but they can be made with anything from grilled chicken to grilled shrimp! This delicious little dish is made with grilled veggies such as bell peppers and sliced onions, and to give them a little bit more color and flavor, they are normally served with salsa, and either flour or corn tortillas. For the Fajitas
1 large chicken breast, cut into strips.
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1 white onion and 1 red onion, sliced
For the Creamy Cheese Sauce
1/4 bar of cream cheese
3/4 cup of milk or table cream or heavy whipping cream
