1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon allspice

8 ounces red baby potatoes
15 ounces chickpeas, canned
14 1/2 ounces fire roasted diced tomatoes, canned
1 cup vegetable broth or chicken broth
