This is a SUPER easy recipe to put together and it’s very healthy! Simply mix together and put in the oven. This has a Mexican flavor to it and you can make this as spicy as you want it. Have fun!

1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 bell pepper, diced
1 cup fresh or frozen corn
1 cup onions, diced
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
