This dish uses ingredients with various exotic aromas and tastes as sources of oil, thus it has rich flavours going well with the vegetable sweetness, while is still rather low fat, combining all the oil sources. The preserved egg is a traditional Chinese food made by preserving duck, chicken or quail eggs. It has a special jelly like texture and is loved by many people!
