Chipotle and Black Bean Tostada's with Goat Cheese and Avacado

Spicy Tostada's

2 cups cooked black beans
4 flour or corn tortillas (I used flour, but corn is tastier)
2 cloves garlic-peeled and chopped
1/2 small red onion chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper chopped
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chipotle pepper powder (you could use chopped peppers too)
1/4 cup goat cheese
1/2 avacado sliced
1/2 cup Jalapeno Lime Salsa
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Add garlic, onion and jalapeno to pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Saute on medium for two minutes. Add cooked black beans. Stir. Add chipotle powder, stir and continue to saute for a few minutes. ...
