Chocolate Cakes (with Melted Chocolate in the Middle)

-Half avocado
-2 tbsp yoghurt or tofu
-3 tbsp apple sauce
-1 tbsp milk (skimmed)
-1 tbsp agave nectar
-2 tbsp cacao
-2 tbsp flour (gluten & wheat free)
In a blender blend all the ingredients. Place the mix in four silicone cases. Bake at 230 C for about 10 minutes. Decorate with fresh fruits (I used melon, raspberries and blueberries)
